We are looking for the person who will:
be responsible for execution of complex projects after taking over from sales department to the invoice process which includes:
- Participating in the final stages of sales phase before taking over to project execution
- Administrating the project within the internal system
- Coordinating international design teams during engineering phase of the project
- Managing manufacturing locations (Italy, Italy - Sardinia, India, South Korea) within the IMI Group through local project teams
- Supervising supply chain through the assigned project team
- Maintaining communication with Customers throughout the order lifecycle, providing regular status reports
- Tracking key milestones and deliverables, attending internal review meetings, identifying of potential risk of delay while offering mitigation strategies
- Tracking costs, identifying of financial risks
- Supporting cash collection process
What skills and knowledge do you need to have:
- Experience in a similar position in the industry sector at the level of a minimum of 3 years.
- Knowledge of process management – Prince 2 or PMP certification is an advantage.
- Result and self-driven, action-oriented, very good problem-solving skills.
- Active knowledge of written and spoken English (German or Italian is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
